SHIPPING POLICY

At Political Animal, we partner with Printify to fulfill all of our orders using a print-on-demand model. Each item is made-to-order, ensuring that you receive a freshly printed product that meets our high standards.

Processing Time

  • Once your order is placed, it will be processed and sent to our print provider, Printify, for production. Typically, production takes **3-7 business days** depending on the item and the order volume.

Shipping Time
After production is complete, your order will be shipped directly to you. Shipping times may vary based on your location:

  • Domestic (U.S.): Shipping usually takes **5-10 business days** after production.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of

your order.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so

you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Issues

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us at politicalanimalllc@google.com. While we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Political Animal, we take pride in the quality of all our products and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. The bulk of our products, including our T-shirts, are printed using DTG (direct to garment) technology, ensuring high-quality, long-lasting prints without the use of heat-set decals.

Please Note

​Except as described as follows, all sales are final and refunds, exchanges and replacements are not allowed.  Due to the customized and print-on-demand (POD) nature of all our products, including T-shirts and other merchandise, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a clear manufacturing error or damage that is recognized and accepted as such by Printify, our POD supplier. In the event that you receive an item with a defect, we will happily replace the item free of charge, provided Printify accepts it as a manufacturing error or damaged item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a request for a refund or replacement.   As Printify is a POD  company, all products sold through their platform are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue. If Printify recognizes the product as reflecting a manufacturing error or as being damaged, the purchased item will be replaced or a refund issued. If Printify does not recognize the issue as reflecting a manufacturing error or as damaged, no replacement or refund will be provided. Any refund will be made upon Printify crediting Political Animal LLC's account for the purchase price.

ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER?

At Political Animal, all sales are final due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products. However, if you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to assist! Please use this form to report any manufacturing errors or damages within 7 days of receiving your order.

To submit your request, please:

  1. Provide your order details.

  2. Attach a clear photo showing the issue.

  3. Describe the problem in detail.

Once we review your submission, we will coordinate with Printify, our supplier. If Printify confirms the issue as a manufacturing error or damage, we will offer a replacement or refund. Please note, no exchanges or refunds are allowed for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind.
